About Good Neighbors:
Good Neighbors Cameroon (GNCMR) is an international non-governmental organization with its head office in Yaoundé and field Offices in Maroua and Mbalmayo. GNCMR's work is focused on community development, implementing projects in the sectors of food security and livelihood, education, child protection, water, hygiene and sanitation, health, environment, gender, and advocacy. Good Neighbors Cameroon works with different international partners such as the United Nations and INGOs to seek sustainable solutions to development and humanitarian challenges.
Position Overview:
We are seeking two (02) dedicated and passionate volunteers to join our AD Department at the Maroua office (01 for GNCMR and another for GNCMR/KEFFS Project). This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to community development and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic mission-driven environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Position: Volunteer (02 Positions)
Staff reports to: AD Assistant & Finance Officer
On a general note, the AD Volunteer will participate in executing all tasks related to the work of the department and Good Neighbors in general.

B. Specific profiles required:
Candidates must:
1. Be between 18 to 30 years’ old,
2. Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, finance or equivalent. A background in community development or humanitarian work are an asset;
3. Have knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
4. Be able to read, write and speak French or English fluently. Knowledge of local languages is an asset;
5. Be able to move around the field;
6. Be punctual, courteous, tactful, and able to communicate sympathetically;
7. Be able to work under pressure;
8. Be available and not have any professional and or personal commitments that could hinder the smooth running of the tasks given within the organization;
9. Applicants must comply with the internal rules of the organization;

CONSTITUTION OF THE FILE
The applicant must provide the following documents in English or French
- A letter of motivation;
- A curriculum vita (of two pages maximum), with at least two references attesting to good character and aptitude for work;
- A copy of the last diploma and work experience certificates
- A copy of the ID card
Remarks:

- Under the decision of the selection committee and acceptance of a candidate, a candidate may be reallocated to another position in accordance with his/her CV
