Job Announcement

Under the funding Award from the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention Program at the US
Department of Defense to support implementation of the PEPFAR Care and Treatment Program
within the Cameroon Defense Sector, the organization Association HEADA Cameroon (HEADA)
is seeking suitable candidates with proven experience working to support military HIV care and
treatment program in the following positions (see below) for the period October 1, 2025 to
September 30, 2026. Interested candidates should send their CV and a letter of motivation not

off at the HEADA secretariat located at CRESAR in Yaoundé . Candidates will be selected
through application file review and they will be expected to be available for an effective work
start date of October 1, 2025. Application files review will be conducted between September
16th to 28th, 2025.

The positions are:
1. Technical Director (full time staff) - [based in Yaoundé with frequent work travels to all
project sites - qualification: Medical Doctor with proven technical and programmatic
experience in the related field. Experience with the target population is a plus] .

2. Technical Manager Strategic Information (full time staff) - [based in Yaoundé with
frequent work travels to all project sites - qualification: master’s in public health with
proven technical and programmatic experience in the related field. Experience with the

3. Finance Manager (part time staff) - [based in Yaoundé with possible work travels -
qualification: master’s in finance with proven technical experience in the related field.
Experience with the finance management for the target population is a plus].

4. Administrative & HR Manager (part time staff) - [based in Yaoundé with possible work
travels - qualification: master’s business administration with proven administrative and dy,
human resources management experience in organîzations. Experience with the
administrative and HR management for programs in the target population is a plus].

5. Assistant M&E/Strategic Information (full time staff) – based in Yaoundé with frequent
work travels to all project sites. [Masters or BSc with proven experience in the related

6. Regional Coordinator Zone 1 (full time staff) – based in Yaoundé with frequent work
