JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
A Development Organization is seeking the services of a qualified t experienced and highly motivated Program Manager for the Strengthening IDP Resilience in the Extreme North (SIREN) Project.

The position is base in MarouaThe duration of the project is one year.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality of emergency programming, including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, budget management, and narrative and financial reporting.
Support the Emergency Response Coordinator in attaining project goals and objectives, overseeing day-to-day planning, design,and project operations
- Ensure integration andsynetgies across technical areas; preparing and superuising work plans,financiallogistical, and other documents "inciuding the development of assessments, analyticaireports and evaluations monitoring and evaluation, and donorreports.
- Ensure staff compliance with ail CRS and donor requirements, administrative and operational procedures and policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Mastets Degree in Development Studies, Economics, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or related field required
-At least5years of relevant management, supervisory, and technical experience in development programming; with at least2 years of experiencemanaging programs in emergency context

Minimum 1 year.managing significantUSG-funded or programs ofsimilarcomplexity required; With proven knowledge of key USG regulations,
Proven experience coordinating with national and local development authotities in developing contexts
- Experience in Household Economic Strengthening; Agricultural Livelihood programming strategies and tools; and Monitoring, Evaluation and reporting a pluse
Proven leadership and inter-personal skills andability to build and motivate diverse and talented teams
- Proven experience in building and maintaining institutiofial linkages requiredoAdvocacy skills and facilitation skills are a plusl
- Demonstrated experience with programming to address conflict sensitivity, gender and protection integration, and inclusion of people with disabilities;
Cultural sensitivity, patience and flexibilitw
Excellent English and French oral and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, includingword, Excel and Outlook required,
- Excellent leadership, budget/financial management, analytical? communication and projectspecific technical skills; - Outstanding communication skills, including professional proficiency and excellentverbal and written communication skills jn English and French;
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point);

Required Travel: Frequent travel between Maroua and program sites, as well as occasional travel to Yaoundé,
