The U.S. Mission in Yaounde, Cameroon is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Clerk/Secretary. This position is located in Yaounde, Cameroon.

Basic Function of The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Consular Specialist, incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support services for the Consular Section including contact management, data entry, record creation and keeping, office correspondence, meeting coordination, reception duties and office coordination. He/She serves as liaison to other sections of the Embassy.

If claiming conditional eligibility for U.S. Veterans’ preference, applicants must submit proof of conditional eligibility. If the written documentation confirming eligibility is not received in the HR office by the closing date of the vacancy announcement, the U.S. Veterans’ preference will not be considered in the application process.
