PUBLIC NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER NUM. 07 /PIC/CO/CAM/CD FY19 OF 3rd OCTOBER
FOR THE SELECTION OF A CONSULTANT TO "CARRY OUT A STUDY ON GENDER ANALYSIS
IN THE INTERVENTION AREAS OF Plan International Cameroon IN THE FAR NORTH
REGION OF CAMEROON(LOGONE AND CHARI, MAYO SAVA, MAYO TSANAGA, MAYO DANAY
MAYO KANI AND DIAMARE DIVISIONS) ".

A- Purpose
As part of the intervention areas and the implementation of its programs, Plan International Cameroon is
seeking one (01) consultant to carry out a study on Gender analysis in the Far North Region of Cameroon
(Logone and Chari, Mayo Sava, Mayo Tsanaga, Mayo Danay, Mayo Kani and Diamare Divisions).

B- Submission of bids:
The Consultant should submit in English or in French an Administrative bid, a technical bid and a financial bid
in two hard copies (One Original and one photocopy) with an electronic version in a CD/DVD or USB key.
The hard copies of the administrative, technical and financial offers will be binded separately and presented
in separate envelopes. Each envelope shall be labeled with the name or corporate name of the consultancy
firm who submits the tender according to whether it concerns the administrative, financial or technical offer.
The electronic copy will also contain one file per offer. All attachments and Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of key
personnel will be included in the appropriate bid package.

The tenders with VAT included must give precision of the deadlines of work execution and send to
the address below, to the attention of the Country Director of Plan International Cameroon no later
than October 30th, 2018 at 12:00 GMT.
