Job purpose :
Responsible for driving the growth of the Bank’s Corporate Image/Brand and ensuring all aspects of its marketing and manufacturing match.
Key Accountabilities:
 Maintain and enforce the corporate brand policies and strategies
 Develop corporate identity standards/guidelines
 Ensure brand manual is up to date and available to all stakeholders
 monitoring of all physical and brand assets of the bank
 Alignment and constituency in the area of brand identity elements across the bank including corporate services
 Ensure Look and Feel of the bank upholds the standards and norms of the bank
 Sourcing suppliers and products that fit with the context of the brand
 Playing a key part in buying, sourcing and manufacturing of the brands products and ensuring all aspects of the supply chain align with the Bank.
 Creating an enduring brand message that results in increases sales, brand loyalty and improved market share
 Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall Brand strategy
 Manage external agencies and ensure that Brand Management Budgets are met
 Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximise all opportunities for growth
 Championing the Brand internally making sure all staff understand the Brand and its goals
Qualification required:
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Brand Management or any other relevant discipline.
Experience required:
Minimum experience: 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
