Role focus:

• Digital Banking Strategy in Corporate- and Retail-Banking
• Core Banking Process Excellence
• Payments & Blockchain
• Finance, Risk & Compliance
• Reporting systems
• Bank specific risk strategy, -steering, and -reporting
• System architecture and platforms for overall bank controls (incl. data quality governance)
• Efficient linkage of business-, strategy- and IT-processes

What you offer:

• None to 3 years of relevant work experience in digital transformation in banking or financial services, preferably with deep expertise in one of the areas of focus
• First-hand expertise in running (parts of) projects or full project leadership experience
• Master degree within a business, economics, technical or IT field of study
• Good network in the industry
• Strong analytical / conceptual thinking skills
• Structured way-of-working and the ability to rise to the challenge when tackling complex problems
• Ability to apply technological know-how with strategic business analyses in order to achieve results
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Fully proficient in English; Proficiency in an extra language like French is welcome
• Team player
• Open to international project assignments
